SolutionsInn Warranty Policy

At SolutionsInn, warranty services are provided strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. Customers are requested to review the following policy carefully before submitting any warranty claim.

General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and is valid within the specified warranty period.
  • All warranties are handled by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. SolutionsInn, as a reseller, is not responsible for faults that arise after the product is sold in proper working condition.  
  • If the invoice states “Warranty Card Issued,” the customer must collect the warranty card along with the invoice. Claims cannot be processed without it.
  • The original purchase invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims. Claims submitted without an invoice may be declined.

Important Conditions

* Customers are advised to check the product before leaving the store. The warranty period begins once the invoice is generated. Any issues identified afterward will be treated as standard warranty claims.
* Warranty claims may be rejected by the manufacturer if the product or component:

* Is physically damaged, burned, rusted, or affected by environmental conditions.
* Is submitted in poor condition or without proper/original protective packaging.
* Has a missing, damaged, or tampered warranty sticker or serial number.
* Warranty does not cover accidental damage, electrical fluctuations, power surges, or software-related issues.
* Accessories such as power adapters, cables and additional peripherals are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

* Upon approval, the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor will repair or replace the product at their discretion.
* Warranty processing time typically ranges from 3 to 6 weeks.
* If the product is discontinued, the manufacturer may offer an upgraded replacement at an additional cost. If the customer declines, a partial refund may be issued.
* Some products carry a Limited Warranty, where the first year is free and extended warranty periods are available at an additional charge.

Special Cases

* Used Equipment includes a checking warranty only. Customers must inspect the item thoroughly before purchase.
* UPS Warranty becomes void if the unit is opened without prior authorization from our service center.
* Solar Panels: Warranty does not cover physical damage or breakage.

Warranty claims are accepted Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
